The portfolio comprises nine production and logistics properties located in Timisoara, Arad and Caransebes. The 50,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of lettable area provides industrial warehouse, production facility, and office space. The main tenants are Alcoa Fujikura, Star Foods, Sol-Plus, Vitafoam, and logistic operators D.B. Group, HUF Romania and Delfingen.
