King Cross Leopolis, the first shopping & entertainment centre in Lviv, western Ukraine has been officially opened. The 50,000-m[sup]2[/sup] shopping centre offers 230 shop units and 2,400 parking spaces.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
