Turkish property company Kiler Group announced on Thursday that it plans to develop a second skyscraper in Istanbul following its Sapphire tower in the city's Levent business district. The move is part of the company's two-year investment strategy aimed at investing $750 mln (EUR 520 mln) in construction projects, according to Turkish newspaper Today's Zaman. Nahit Kiler, chairman of the group, added that the new project will also be located in the Levent district.
