The six-floor office building at Mainzer Landstrasse 181, which offers about 6,400 m2 of space, is fully let, with Deutsche Bahn the main tenant. It also houses a doctors’ surgery specialising in radiology and nuclear medicine and a fast food restaurant.

The asset includes underground parking for 34 cars plus additional car parking facilities outside.

Kontorhaus is located in the Gallus area of the city's central business district which includes the Skyline Plaza shopping mall, office towers such as Tower 185 and The One as well as the Cap Europa conference venue.
