Global real estate firm Kajima has secured a green finance loan from Allied Irish Bank for a 258-home residential project in Belmayne, Dublin. The €100+ mln scheme will be delivered by a joint venture between Kajima and Bartra.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
