Global investment firm KKR’s European industrial and logistics platform Mirastar has agreed to acquire a portfolio of four freehold logistics assets in the Netherlands from three local Dutch developers, Van Schijndel Vastgoed V, Ontwikkelcombinatie Bijsterhuizen and Bouwbedrijf Vastgoed, for a total price of €70.5 mln.
