Jones Lang LaSalle's Management Department has been appointed to manage the Torre Oriente office scheme in Lisbon by a joint venture of Sonae Sierra, ING Real Estate, Iberdrola Inmobiliaria and savings bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos. Torre Oriene is the first building to be developed as part of the Torres Colombo project, and consists of 29,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
