Ivanhoé Cambridge has announced the appointment of Ajay Phull as head of Investments, UK, with responsibility for all investment activities across the country.
Based in London, he will be reporting to Arnaud Malbos, head of Investments, Europe.
The appointment is the second senior hire in the UK this year, following Richard Saul joining as director of Asset Management UK last June.
Ajay Phull has over 10 years of real estate and investment experience, most recently as Vice President at Vanke, one of the world’s largest real estate investment and development companies. At Vanke, he was responsible for formulating a UK investment strategy and sourcing real estate investment opportunities.
Prior, he worked at Brockton Capital, the opportunistic private equity real estate investor. He began his career at PwC’s Real Estate Corporate Finance and Restructuring team, advising on complex structuring and restructuring transactions valued in excess of £3 bn.

Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investments in the UK exceed £2 bn and consists mostly of properties and projects in the logistics, office and residential sectors.
