Italian real estate investor, developer and asset manager Coima SGR has arranged a new €137 mln financing agreement with Banco BPM, Bayerische Landesbank, Crédit Agricole and ING Bank to refinance the Corso Como Place real estate complex held by Coima’s Porta Nuova Bonnet real estate fund.
