Separately, another Israeli company, Adama Holding, has bought a 1-hectare lot in the centre of the Romanian capital for EUR 15 mln. The company plans to build a high-rise tower with 400 luxury apartments. The development, with 60,000 m2, will cost EUR 60 mln. Adama is involved in a total of 17 residential and commercial projects in Romania.
