Irish banks set to offload more assets in 2011: Savills

Supply is expected to increase in the Irish investment market in 2011 as banks, receivers and bad bank NAMA seek to initiate the disposal of assets, according to research by international real estate advisor Savills. The year has opened with a pipeline of deals still to close from 2010 and a strong demand from international investors who are seeking prime opportunities, the property adviser said.
