Invimit to sell Italian assets worth €155m

Italian state-owned asset manager Invimit has announced plans to sell a total of 474 assets across Italy for €155 mln.

The properties will be sold via auctions on the company's website and include apartments, offices and shops, spread across 33 Italian cities.

'The sale procedure for these properties stands out in terms of transparency and variety of asset types,' said Giovanna Della Posta, CEO of Invimit Sgr. 'Buying from Invimit means not only accessing a unique asset, but also contributing to the reduction of public debt. The auction in question, in fact, is part of the broader programme of valorisation and disposal of public assets which in the last two years totaled around €320 mln in sales.'
