Investec Real Estate has provided a fund managed by Realstar Group with a three-year £22 mln (€26 mln) investment loan secured against Uncle Manchester, a prime multifamily scheme in central Manchester.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
