PropertyEU recently caught up with Wybo Wijnbergen, co-founder and CEO of flexible workspace management company infinitSpace.
Founded in late 2020 when the European office market was in the grip of Covid chaos, infinitSpace describes itself as Europe’s first operating platform of ‘white label flex-space as a service’.
The company creates and manages tech-enabled white label flexible workspaces on behalf of commercial landlords. It aims to empower human endeavour by bringing together local communities in world-class spaces that have customised curated services and high-spec technology.
CEO Wijnbergen was previously a managing director at co-working giant WeWork. He set up infinitSpace with He set up infinitSpace with his brother, serial tech entrepreneur Wilco Wijnbergen (CTO)
In the interview Wijnbergen describes the pre-covid conditions in the office market and what challenges this market is facing today. He also outlines his predictions for the future of office space and offers some solutions and implementation ideas to help companies adjust to the new normal.
