International capital flows - especially from the continents of Africa and Asia - have become a significant game-changer in CEE's investment markets, according to Luke Dawson, managing director Colliers International.
Dawson was giving his view on transformational investment trends across CEE in conversation with PropertyEU at this year's Expo Real.
'The flow of investor funds has really changed in terms of capital composition, from South African money to Asian money - not just Korea, but also the Philippines and Singapore,' Dawson said.
'Chinese money is back but is coming in much more under the radar, looking for value-add plays, as well as industrial and logistics deals,' he added.
