PropertyEU caught up with Kristof Verstraeten and James Markby, joint owners and managing directors of Logistics Capital Partners (LCP), in Cannes.
In a meeting on the steps of La Palais, Verstraeten and Markby discuss their recently completed five-year investment programme, current market conditions, and LCP's near-term plans.
They also highlight some areas they are looking into outside pure logistics development.
