Yatra Capital, an Indian real estate company, debuted on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam on Wednesday. The first placement was 50 cents above the introductory price of EUR 10 for the 10 million shares in the offering. Inclusive of the 50% leverage, the fund has an initial investment volume of EUR 200 mln. The founders of the company, Ajoy Veer Kapoor and Rohin R. Shah, expressed satisfaction at the listing. 'The plan for the fund originated 10 months ago and now we see the result,' Kapoor said.
