"Immoeast has bought the Diamond Point office property in Prague for around EUR 70 mln, the company announced Wednesday. The property has a lettable area of 27,000 m[sup]2[/sup] and is located close to the Prague Hilton. It is leased on a long-term basis to international companies such as Allianz, Kapsch and Miele. Immoeast said that rental negotiations over the ""few remaining vacant areas"" are already in their final stages. "
