German property company IVG Immobilien has acquired a 25,000 m[sup]2[/sup] office development in Asnieres, central France, from peer Eiffage Immobilier. The so-called Front Office building, designed by the architecture company MP&A, is planned for delivery in 2009, French paper Business Immo reported. The financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Finnish real estate manager Sirius Capital Partners, through a recently formed affiliate, has purchased a portfolio of four residential buildings in Helsinki, Finland.
