IKB Deutsche Industriebank has added a new division dedicated to real estate financing in Italy. The new division will concentrate on the structuring and developing of real estate financing related to both the acquisition of existing properties and developments. The office, headed by Antonio Biggi, will also work to promote cross-border transactions, especially with Germany. The main focus will be on the office, retail and logistic segments, the company said.
