Hochtief Projektentwicklung is starting work on the new PortAL 10 office and service building in Münster. When completed in the autumn of 2010 the property at Albersloher Weg in Münster's harbour district will comprise 7,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross floor space. Prior to the start of construction, two complete floors - 30% of the total rental area - have already been let to a medical practice.
