Henderson Global Investors' EUR 900 mln pan-European retail property fund, Herald, has let the final two units in Phase A at Serravalle Retail Warehouse Park, Italy. Bormioli Rocco, an upmarket glassware retailer has taken a 400 m[sup]2[/sup] unit on a seven year lease and Kiabi, the French fashion store has taken 1,583 m[sup]2[/sup] on a seven year lease.
Swiss real estate group Investis has boosted its real estate holdings with the CHF 139 mln (€149 mln) purchase of prime residential properties in Vaud canton.
