Henderson Park Capital is understood to have appointed Eastdil Secured to manage the sale of the Capital Collection portfolio in one or more lots.
The assets include five prime Dublin offices which Henderson Park has inherited as part of its €1.34 bn acquisition of Green Reit last year.
The properties - One Molesworth Street, 2 Burlington Road, 5 Harcourt Road, 30 to 33 Molesworth Street, and Fitzwilliam Hall - are being marketed for a price of around €400 mln, according to local press reports.
They are over 98% occupied and have an average weighted average unexpired lease term of 11 years.
Proceeds from the sale are expected to be used mostly to further develop and improve the rest of Green REIT’s portfolio.
