Henderson Park buys major Glasgow mall for 9.3% yield

Henderson Park, a European private equity real estate firm headquartered in London, has exchanged contracts for the acquisition of Silverburn, a 100,000 m2 flagship shopping centre in Glasgow, UK, in an off-market transaction from a joint venture between Hammerson and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for £140 mln (€165 mln).
