Henderson Global Investors, on behalf of its German joint venture Warburg Henderson KAG, has sold a building in Paris for EUR 19.5 mln. The building located at located at 62, rue de la Chaussée d’Antin in the 9th district of the French capital was the first asset acquired by this fund in 2003.
