Sweden's Hemfosa has acquired a portfolio of four commercial properties in the Swedish city of Uppsala from property company Ågerup Fastigheter. The transaction amounts to around SEK 500 mln (EUR 52 mln). The assets provide a total of 50,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of commercial space in the areas of Ekeby, Boländerna and Fyrislund. Catella Corporate Finance advised the seller.
Private real estate holding Global Holdings Group has acquired mixed-use asset 10 Great Pulteney Street from fashion retailer Boohoo.
