Grosvenor Europe appoints new head of French business

Grosvenor Europe has appointed Alban Hallé as director of development and investment management for France.

Hallé will be based in Grosvenor’s Paris office on Boulevard Haussmann.

Grosvenor Europe, one of four operating companies of the privately owned international property business, Grosvenor Group, is currently focused on value-add and development inside the City of Paris, as well as on the acquisition of multi-leased offices for immediate or later conversion to residential in the north-eastern quadrant of the city.

Before joining Grosvenor, Hallé held the position of development director at French Asset Management firm Soferim; where he was responsible for numerous large-scale acquisitions. Prior to this, he worked as development and investor relations director for real estate management firm AEW Europe.
