Irish listed property company Green REIT has commenced the construction of Building I at Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, after completing and letting the adjacent Building H to Allied Irish Banks.
While Building H comprises 14,700 m2, Building I will extend to approximately 9,300 m2 of lettable space, together with 156 basement car parking spaces. Green REIT will subsequently lease the property in its entirety or on a floor by floor basis. Building I is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2018.

Central Park has currently reached full occupancy throughout its 79,000 m2 of built space, with a total contracted rent of €23.7 mln per annum.
Following the completion of Building I in Q4 2018, Green REIT said that the remaining 4.5 acres of developable land had planning consents in place for a minimum of 28,000 m2 of further office space.
