Global property group Goodman has sold a number of buildings at its Solent Business Park, Fareham, Hampshire, to COIF Charities Property Fund for an undisclosed sum. The deal incorporates the sale of six adjacent buildings for a combined 5,600 m[sup]2[/sup] within the first phase of development on the 232,000-m[sup]2[/sup] park. Solent is home to a range of high profile occupiers including Zurich Insurance, National Air Traffic Services, Regus and Meridian Televison.
