Logistics property developer and operator Gazeley has completed the first phase of a logistics project in Ontigola, south of Madrid, on behalf of Ceva Logistics. The project, with 55,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of total space, represents Spain's largest sustainable development for the logistics property sector in 2008. The scheme consists of two parts with the second to be completed during the second half of 2009. The development represents an investment of some EUR 30 mln.
