Global logistics property developer Gazeley has launched the construction of a new 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] logistics property on a 4-hectare site in Kandel, near Karlsruhe in south-western Germany. In a statement this week, the company said that the development is the first speculative project carried out since the onset of the crisis.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
