Colliers International Serbia said it has completed the sale of all residential and retail units in the Park Apartments complex in Belgrade developed by Globe Trade Center, a Poland-based developer active in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex features 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of residential and retail space, with 181 residential units, 12 retail units and an additional 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] including 192 underground garage spaces. The development is located in New Belgrade and seeks to be a city within the city, with a wide range of housing units, a two-level underground parking lot, green central atrium and fitness centre.
