GE Real Estate France has acquired an office complex development consisting of three buildings in Toulouse, France, from French property company Fonciere Courtois and GA for an undisclosed amount. Le Galaxia project will be located next to the Toulouse-Bagnac airport and will involve a total of 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space, 637 parking spaces and a restaurant. Delivery of the scheme is scheduled between mid-2008 and the beginning of 2009.
