CEE investor and developer Futureal has started the construction of the second phase of its €68 mln Advance Tower office project in Budapest, Hungary.
The project will add around 8,000 m2 of gross lettable area to the scheme, with completion expected for the second half of 2019.
The first phase of Advance Tower encompassed 12,100 m2 of office space pver eight storeys and will be delivered to tenants in June this year.
Tibor Tatár, CEO of Futureal, said that the company is developing a total of 100,000 m2 of office space in the Hungarian capital, across its Advance Tower, Corvin Technology Park and Budapest One office buildings.
