Futureal Investment Partners, the recently launched real estate investment and asset management business of CEE developer Futureal, has announced the acquisition of three assets in Poland for a total of 70,000 m2. Financial details were not disclosed.
German-listed real estate company Branicks Group has sold a retail property in Bremen city centre to municipal urban developer Brestadt for €37.2 mln.
