Frédéric Le Fichoux has been named new head of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality for the CEE region. He replaces Stewart Coggans who has headed the hospitality team for the past three years. Le Fichoux' team is mainly engaged in valuation; development advisory; operator selection; and capital market activities throughout the CEE region.
