French listed property group Icade has filed its tender offer for peer group Silic in a move which will create the largest business park owner in France, with a portfolio of over EUR 10 bn.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
