Italian company Societa Agricola Fondi Rustici intends to develop a 1,000-hectare site for residential use in the region of Tuscany in Italy. The development, due to start in spring 2007, will involve an investment of about EUR 100 mln. The company intends to sell the residential project in the international market, and therefore has presented it to international investors active in the city of London, Italian newspaper IlSole24Ore has reported.
