Finland's Antilooppi acquires two multi-let office properties

Antilooppi, a Finnish office investor backed by Nordic pension capital, has acquired two almost fully leased office buildings from a joint venture between Cromwell Property Group and one of its private equity partners for €43 mln.

The two buildings are located in Leppävaara, Espoo and Vallila, Helsinki.

Stella Terra in Leppävaara is a modern office building constructed in 2001 with a lettable area of 9,183 m2 and 290 parking spaces.

Kumpulantie 5, located in Vallila, comprises 8,539 m2 of lettable area, plus 70 parking spaces.

'This transaction strengthens Antilooppi’s footprint both in the Leppävaara and Vallila area, which is in line with the company’s investment strategy. We are especially excited to acquire Stella Terra, part of Stella Business Park which is one of the best performing business parks in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area,' said Antti Savilampi, CIO at Antilooppi.

'In total Antilooppi has 30 properties and today 15 properties are in the eastern inner-city of Helsinki,' added says CEO Tuomas Sahi.

'These latest sales, both from the Omega portfolio, follow the completion of our business plans for the assets and provide an excellent example of our team’s ability to create exceptional value for investors,' concluded Mikael Pehrsson, investment manager at Cromwell Property Group.
