Scandinavian real estate services firm Finadvice has brokered EUR 60 mln worth of transactions in Finland since it was launched in autumn 2009 by two former managers of Royal Bank of Scotland's Nordic arm, Sami Jarvelainen and Anders Nordlund, in partnership with Harri Saravuo and Joni Koski, who joined from Newsec. 'We have some new projects in the terminal stage,' Nordlund told PropertyEU, without adding further details.
