Spain's Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC) said its Austrian unit Alpine has won a EUR 85 mln contract to develop Petrom City office, the new headquarters of Romanian oil and gas company Petrom, a unit of Austria's OMV. The property will be located in northern Bucharest and construction will start in late 2007. FCC said in a statement that completion is scheduled for late 2009.
