Total real estate investment in Europe reached €43 bn in the second quarter of 2020, representing a decrease of 39% on the same period last year, according to the latest data from global real estate advisor, CBRE.
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
