Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, has appointed Gwendal Kalkofen to the newly created role of head of real estate finance, reflecting the growth ambitions and increasing scale of Europa Capital’s pan-European investment platform.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
