Pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital, in partnership with DeA Capital Real Estate France, has launched the French light industrial platform on behalf of its value-add fund, Europa fund VI.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
