French listed investment group Eurazeo said that it has entered into 'exclusive negotiations' with Carlyle to sell its B&B Hotel portfolio, valued at around EUR 485 mln. The company said that the talks will continue until the end of this week and could be extended if certain conditions with regard to the financing of the transaction are fulfilled.
Westland Shopping Centre in the Brussels neighbourhood of Anderlecht may be up for sale, according to Belgian media reports.
