Dutch property investment fund Corio is the winner of the Epra Award for the Best Annual Report. 'Over the last three years Corio showed the best and most consistent improvement,' said Jury chairman Wibo van Ommeren of consultancy group Deloitte. He cited in particular the company's more extensive information on its development.
