Norwegian listed company Entra has acquired the entirety of the shares in Oslo Areal for approximately NOK 13.55 bn (€1.31 bn), in what is said to be the largest real estate transaction in Norway ever.
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
