Echo Investment has obtained a building permit for a 25,000-m[sup]2[/sup] A-class office development in the centre of the Polish city of Wroclaw. The Polish-based development company said that Aquarius Business House offers a range of the latest high-end information and communication technology links, security and access control systems as well as technological solutions enabling its users to manage energy and utilities in an environmentally-friendly, effective and economical way. The facility consists of two seven-story buildings.
