Anneke de Vries, country manager for ING Real Estate Development (RED) in the Netherlands, is stepping down following the merger of ING's Dutch development activities with ING RED International. The merger is part of ING's 'Back to Basics' strategy aimed at curbing capital expenditure and limiting the risks of its real estate activities. De Vries' departure takes effect on 1 August.
