Taking part in the expert discussions will be representatives from Cromwell Property Group, Hines, ING, Mirastar, P3 Logistic Parks, Prologis, Savills, Trammell Crow and Verdion.

The in-person meeting will feature two panels - one focusing on Dutch logistics and the other looking at the European industrial outlook as a whole - and include networking opportunities for attendees.

Savills will also present its latest findings on the Netherlands' industrial real estate market.

The first panel of the day, highlighting Dutch logistics trends, will include Leon Vie, Managing Director Netherlands and Belgium, P3 Logistic Parks; Niek Poppelaars, Director - Co head Logistics, Savills Netherlands; Wouter Zwetsloot – Head of Benelux and Head of Real Estate, Europe, Cromwell Property Group; Arie Hubers, head of real estate finance - Benelux at ING; and Andy Smith, Senior Managing Director and Country Head of The Netherlands at Hines.

The discussion will highlight issues peculiar to the Netherlands, ranging from land scarcity to pricing pressures, development issues and the evolution of the sector in terms of segments such as last mile and even data centres.

The second panel will feature Ekaterina Avdonina, CEO and co-founder, Mirastar; Ian Worboys, Managing Director Europe & Head of European Logistics at Trammell Crow; Prologis' James Quill, VP Capital Deployment, Europe; and Florian Stöbe, Head of Investment – Germany, Verdion.
